Challenges and Solution

The solution offered by Rezaid was a total redesign and creation of the complete website, along with an online marketing plan to reinforce the online position, demonstrate the effectiveness, and attract both current and new audiences.

Our Process

Research
We have done an in-depth audit of the current site of the Youth Charter, compared the sites of rivals and highlighted areas where design and functionality failed. Stakeholder feedback also aided us in aligning the new platform with the mission and vision of the organisation.

Concept Design
Our design team came up with innovative ideas that focused on professionalism, understandability and ease of use. This was to provide the Youth Charter with a digital identity that met its premium positioning and its NGO global status.

Implementation

  • Developed a contemporary, user-friendly website that is brand-specific to Youth Charter.
  • Improved navigation and design.
  • Integrated interactive features to support educational and research tools.
  • Commenced online marketing campaigns that included appealing information to demonstrate the initiatives and effects of the organisation.

Result Driven

The partnership saw the Youth Charter reinvigorate its web presence. The updated site not only improved credibility but also created an interesting platform to display programmes and initiatives. The better design, functionality, and digital visibility make the Youth Charter a better place to find supporters, partners, and participants and enhance its mission to empower youth in sports, arts, culture, and digital development.
